1. Services Provided
All services provided by LeAnn’s Consulting, including consultations and trademark or insurance filing services, are intangible, service-based, and involve time and expertise.

2. Refunds for Consultations
Refunds for scheduled consultations are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are not eligible for a refund.

3. Refunds for Service Packages
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided once work has begun on your project, including but not limited to trademark filings or document preparation services.

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us, and we will work with you to address your concerns.
